"We handed over the reins to Summit, and Summit made it happen. There were so many cross-conversations and decisions being made that keeping track was a challenge. Being provided with Summit's weekly report helped to put the week’s discussions into perspective, while also setting the tone for expectations and keeping us on track with our action items. Summit was essential in ensuring questions were answered right away, roadblocks knocked over in real time and, panicked moments calmed. Given our tight and stressful timeframe, all of that was reassuring. Summit also helped us assemble a terrific team for what we wanted to create. And, we had a good time doing it."
