Laura founded Summit Construction Management in 2014 in response to the need for dynamic and innovative thinkers in the real estate project management industry. Laura’s eight years of construction industry experience include running her family's development company in Virginia, working for a General Contractor in San Francisco and three years with a small Construction Management group. She has represented a wide variety of tenants in the San Francisco Bay Area and has found her passion in ensuring client happiness, while delivering projects that are on schedule and within budget. Additional skills include client, vendor and subcontractor coordination, scheduling, cost controls, project documentation, and project closeout. Before entering the construction industry Laura attended Middlebury College where she was Captain of the Ski Team and a 2 time All American.

Sr. Project Manager
Scott has been with Summit Construction Management for over 5 years and has applied previous construction and management positions into his current role. Scott has develop a unique understanding of client drivers with a sensitivity towards AV, IT and Security needs. Above and beyond building out tenant improvements for office space has worked on complex project for MDF rooms, All-Hands Spaces as well as Sound Studio Spaces. His ability to focus the big picture while diving into the detail with the client and vendors to implement solutions tailored is fantastic. His unique set of organizational skills allows him to track details while keeping a keen eye on the schedule & budget. Scott is often working remotely from Santa Barbara where in his spare time he can be found surfing, playing guitar, or prepping his house for a new little one!

Sr. Project Manager
Kevin brings over 10 years of Construction Management to the team. He began his career on the General Contractor side where he was exposed to a variety of TI projects, including corporate campuses, commercial kitchens, historical museums, and sky bridges connecting existing buildings. He then transitioned to the development side at Boston Properties where he became a Sr. Project Manager and was instrumental in the development of state-of-the-art office space throughout properties such as the Embarcadero Center and Salesforce Tower. Kevin brings to the team a powerful combination of skills with his knowledge of Leases, Building Systems and budgeting. He knows how to build a successful project while ensuring the team has fun working together. Outside the office, Kevin is an avid traveler and scuba diver, car enthusiast, college football fanatic, golfer and longtime skier.

Jen's true passion is found in the adventure of design and construction. Her diverse experience comes from fourteen years of leading multicultural teams across Australia, Hong Kong and California. Jen's Project experience started in Heavy Engineering and Software (SAP), shifting to Tenant Improvements in 2015 (Workplace, High-end Hospitality and Retail). With an Interior Design Diploma and Fitwel accreditation, Jen is now focusing her development in sustainability for the built environment. Jennifer and her two miniature dachshund rescues have been in San Francisco almost 3 years now and can't get enough of the city's colorful culture and coastline trails.

Nicole brings nine years of experience with a General Contractor background, specializing in commercial tenant improvements. Her passion for construction comes from her architect father. Realizing she would rather build than design, she decided to attend California State University, Chico where she received a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Nicole’s attention to detail helps in the submittal and RFI processes to help keep projects on schedule. She has worked on numerous projects in the Bay Area including tech firms, law firms, property management firms, and more. Her ability to communicate with clients and vendors help manage expectations and move clients in on time. When Nicole is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Sydney brings over six years of experience managing construction projects in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area. After graduating from Cal Poly with a degree in Construction Management she worked for a general contractor in several areas including preconstruction, cost estimating through project completion. Sydney has managed several different project types including ground-up developments, commercial interiors and tenant build-outs. Her ability to see the clients needs and apply that to budget and schedule help to ensure a smooth project delivery. She is an avid skier and holds leadership roles within local philanthropic organizations.

Brandon brings over seven years of experience managing construction projects throughout the Bay Area. After graduating from Virginia Tech, Brandon moved west to start his construction career with a Bay Area based General Contractor. Brandon worked on ground-up projects including a Hospital and a Life Science Campus on the Peninsula, and then made the move into Construction Management in San Francisco, with more of a focus on interior build outs. Brandon loves the construction management role as it provides an opportunity to advocate for all parties on the project, with the belief that a collaborative and happy project team will deliver the best product for the client. When not at work, you will find Brandon exploring the newest Bay Area restaurants or cheering on his favorite sports teams, constantly hoping “this year is our year.”

Kate brings a fresh pair of eyes to the construction management field. Her education in construction management, leasing and customer service partnered with her technical background in estimation, procurement and logistics operations creates a strong knowledge in budgeting and schedules. She seeks challenge and looks to expander her skills as she provides top notch project management services. Kate is an SF native with a passion for Bay Area sports teams

Sierra is Summit's newest and most popular team member. With a lively spirit and ever-wagging tail, she brings a playful dimension to the team. Sierra is a quick learner and has already mastered a series of valuable skills including sit, lay down, high-five and cardboard box demolition. When she's not sniffing around new office spaces, Sierra enjoys walks in the East Bay and eating lots of carrots. Always ready for a good belly rub, Sierra is quick to meet new friends and share a lick or a snuggle.
