​Summit Construction provides value early on in the construction process through the following services: 

• Walk site to ensure space-specific construction costs are properly considered

• Review work letters to confirm that all aspects of construction are covered and provide feedback during lease negotiations

• Ensure that programming / specialty requirements are taken into consideration

• Provide guidance around the permitting process 

• Provide value engineering solutions and alternatives as required

• Ensure all critical dates are being met per the milestone schedule

• Hold detailed coordination meetings with MEP Engineers and structural team to best solve for scheduling and cost controls

• Setup clear communication tools and checklists
