Creating New Spaces & Zooming Together For The Holidays

As Summit continues to grow alongside our clients, we are always happy to share what we've learned and what we're up to as a team. We hope you find this letter useful, joyful, or both.

Feel free to respond to this letter to ask questions or request more information on any of these topics, and don't worry this email was automated.

Creating Spaces During A Pandemic

We're thankful for every space we've been lucky enough to build this year. Throughout the pandemic our team has continued to help clients bring projects to fruition, and we even rebuilt our own website.

While it's hard to say what the future of the workplace looks like, many teams have begun preparing to revamp their spaces in the new year. This article by Elfreda Chan of MMoser gives a great perspective on how teams will need to think differently about designing spaces in the future.

Celebrating Together....Via Zoom

2020 has taught us so much about ourselves, our houses, our desire to interact with friends and family and most of all how to really have fun on Zoom. This Thanksgiving Zoom has decided to offer a free 36 hours of streaming so that friends and families can share the holidays together! So make sure you are setup with all the essentials:

  1. Fun Virtual Backgrounds: Seasonal, Funny and Festive

  2. External Camera: Either a simple HD USB option or Fancy Camera can make a big difference.

  3. External Light: For a more permanent set up a ring diffuser is optimal or for a more mobile solution the small pocket light also works well.

Either way, it can't hurt to look your best both on and off screen this season.
